Our older babies are experiencing the world in exciting new ways as they begin walking, talking, exploring on their own, and playing side-by-side with friends. Our one-year old classroom provides an environment of exploration for our children.

Funtastic’s curriculum allows toddlers to spend busy fun-filled days engaged in activities that promote discovery and learning with many opportunities to physically explore their world inside the classroom and on the playground. Of course, there’s still plenty of time for lots of hugs and cuddles from their caregivers!

Your child will enjoy a host of hands-on learning materials, such as dress up, arts and crafts, block play, story time, puzzles, manipulatives, and age-appropriate toys.

Objectives & Goals

Our teachers encourage their toddlers to listen to and follow very simple directions.
We encourage their verbal skills development by reading to them often and talking to them about the world around them.
Sign language is used in order to strengthen their communication skills. Our teachers work to foster social skills such as listening, learning how to treat one another, problem solving techniques, and manners.
We foster cognitive, motor, verbal, and social skills.
A bright, cheerful classroom encourages stimulation along with songs, puzzles, crafts, and stories.
